Our expertise lies in securing land, an endeavor backed by over a year’s worth of meticulous exploration into both the building’s design and its constituents. This blueprint, largely unchanged to this day, emerged from understanding people’s inclinations for a product of this nature. To further elevate its appeal, we incorporated a selection of impressive features. Regrettably, our meticulousness led to unforeseen outcomes. Presently, duplicating the exact building at the same cost as six months ago is unattainable. (The silver lining is that neither can anyone else—nobody even comes close, truth be told.) Consequently, we’ve established our prices and adjust them as units are sold. For every buyer, regardless of when the purchase is made, unit prices will rise within six months. This can be attributed to increased unit sales following your purchase or higher construction costs, prompting price adjustments. In essence, we don’t engage in price negotiations, as the immediate and recognizable value of what you receive negates the need for such discussions once it’s seen.
